A Little About Emma James
Emma started her business in 2004 as a Chartered Physiotherapist with Emma James Physiotherapy, opening a practice in Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead & ensuring long-term holistic staff wellness at corporations with James Corporate Health.

Emma is a dynamic & creative individual & her business has blossomed & grown ever since. The main practice has moved into the larger Old School House premises in Hemel Hempstead Old Town & in December 2014 she teamed up with DOCTORnow to open a clinic at the prestigious Champneys Health Spa in Tring. More recently Emma has also opened a Gym & Wellness Centre for the Foreign & Commonwealth office in Westminster & expanded to create Emma James Wellbeing, which is where Nature To Nurture comes in amongst many other treatments.

Emma James PhysioEmma’s aim is to create a centre where practitioners work in colloboration as a team looking after all aspects of a client’s health, medical needs, physical, mental & emotional wellbeing. This could be from counselling to spinning, gym to massage, floatation tank sessions to pilates, physiotherapy to hypnobirthing, GAIT assessment to personal training, acupuncture to APOS Therapy.
