Thank you for visiting Nature To Nurture Massage & Aromatherapy. My name is Sian and I’m a Jing Method™ Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist working from my private home clinic in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.
I hold the highest qualification in massage therapy in the UK and Europe – the degree level 6 BTEC in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapy from the prestigious and inspirational Jing Institute of Advanced Clinical Massage & Complementary Medicine, based in Brighton where I am also a teacher in-training & mentor students.
I work with myofascial release, clinical & holistic massage therapy to rehab acute injuries, relieve chronic pain, release scar tissue & support a wide range of health conditions working with my clients as individuals in a therapeutic alliance. I also provide beautiful indulgent holistic therapies aromatherapy for relaxation, health, & well-being.
I have an extremely wide level of experience and am happy to treat clients with any emotional, mental or physical condition, although consultation with your GP or consultant may be required for your own safety and well-being.

Initial Treatment: £95 (total time 1.5 – 2 hours inclusive of full time paid on couch, full consultation, assessment & bespoke aromatherapy if desired)
Follow-Up Treatments: £70/hour (total time 1.5 hours with free consultation) | £100/90 mins (total time 2 hours with free consultation)

Training | Experience
I am trained to the highest qualifications levels 5 & 6 (degree-level) in Advanced Clinical Massage, Holistic Massage & Aromatherapy in the UK and Europe.
As well as membership of various professional bodies and full public liability insurance, I am registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, whose registrants must be properly trained so they meet the government standards for therapies they provide. As I also work for the NHS I hold an enhanced DBS Check (Disclosure & Barring Service) & have completed mandatory Safeguarding training to work with vulnerable adults & children.

Research
Chair | Keynote Speaker
I was a keynote speaker at the 3rd World Congress of Mental Health in Amsterdam in March 2025, presenting on my research & dissertation on Massage & Mental Health. In March 2026 I was the chair & keynote speaker at the 4th World Congress of Mental Health, Addiction Medicine, Behavioural Sciences & Psychiatry, running this alongside the International Women’s Forum in London, an International conference with a truly global reach.
