Massage – helping you to move
In modern life many of us spend long hours seated and less time moving. Desk-based work, long hours working, caring for children and elderly relatives or simply sitting on the sofa watching TV means that we spend more time sedentary and less time standing let along walking, moving and exercising.
This can lead to a decrease in mobility, an increase in weight, related conditions or pain on movement – which leads to less movement and so on in a decreasing spiral which can affect the mental and emotional health as well as the physical.
I am here to help change that spiral to an upwards one!
