The need to ‘stay-at-home’, shielding, home-schooling and working from a home office – many of us during Covid Lockdowns have spent long hours at home and less time moving. I hear from an increasing number of clients that their physical and mental health is suffering as a result of this and naturally the stress caused by the global pandemic. I want to be here to help.

I am fully qualified to ITEC Level 5 and am in the second year of the Jing BTEC level 6 Professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical Massage and Sports Massage – at degree level the highest qualification in the country.

I offer a wide variety of different techniques which will be discussed at your consultation.

Treatments are split into two main areas:

    • Clinical Treatments are designed specifically to reduce pain and improve your mobility.
      They must be booked as a course of treatments in order to treat for effective, long-term results
    • Well-Being Treatments are for relaxation, well-being and good mental health, and are not designed to treat any specific conditions, injuries, mobility or pain.
      They can be booked as a course or as a stand-alone treatment.
