Jing Massage Institute Online Research Paper & Conference

Evaluating the effects of The Jing Method™ of Advanced Clinical Massage on stress, anxiety, depression, and low mood in those with desk-based work/lifestyles

As part of my BTEC Degree level 6 professional diploma in advanced clinical and sports massage (highest qualification in UK & Europe) I undertook a 16-week research study with 22 participants, subsequently written up as a dissertation. The results of the study were significant and I am looking to publish later this year:

Overall levels of mental health issues: decreased 74%

Levels of Depression: decreased 77%

Levels of Anxiety: decreased 85%

Levels of Stress: decreased 66%
