If you are pregnant with a bump or your bump has now turned into your baby, please do join me and many other pregnancy specialists at an NCT Fair entirely devoted to parents-to-be or new parents. The Bumps and Babies Festival has been organised by the local St. Albans and District branch of the NCT (National Childbirth Trust) and promises to be an amazing day of fun, laughter and pampering, as well as offering learning, support and advice. As well as workshops there will be a number of stalls offering taster sessions including yours truly.
Nature To Nurture will have a stall set-up and will be offering Aromatherapy Pregnancy advice, scented sessions and Aromatherapy Massage suitable for pregnancy – Indian Head Massage, arms & hands, ankles & feet.
